We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer or experienced Paralegal to join a fast-growing, modern law firm in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial property and be keen to progress their career in this area of law. You will be responsible for a wide range of commercial property matters, including all aspects of real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant work, and development and disposal transactions. You will also provide commercial property support to the Commercial team. Please note: the advertised salary range (£26,000 - £55,000) covers various levels. The salary offered will depend on experience and whether the candidate is a qualified solicitor/lawyer.

• Qualifications: A qualified solicitor, CILEX/FILEX Associate, or experienced paralegal.
• Be able to manage your own caseload
• Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Commercial Property
• Proactive & self-motivated
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong organisational skills
• Be able to build and maintain strong client relationships
