This thriving boutique firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join and undertake work as part of team andwork on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:

• sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
• grant of new lease / lease renewals.
• commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.

There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:

• creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
• launching online marketing campaigns.
