A respected and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Commercial Property department based in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial property to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with the flexibility of full or part-time working options.

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property work, including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, with or without vacant possession
• Landlord and tenant transactions
• Acquisition and disposal of land for development, including promotion agreements, options, conditional contracts, and overage provisions
• Acting for lenders and pension schemes in secured lending and property matters
• Delivering high-quality client service and meeting deadlines under pressure
