Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor (1+ years PQE)

You will be a key member of the commercial property team, handling a broad range of non-contentious matters for a diverse client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Acting on commercial leasehold transactions (for landlords and tenants).
• Assisting with site acquisitions and development projects.
• Handling secured lending work, working closely with banks and other financial institutions.
• Dealing with business sales and purchases.
• Some limited work on residential property matters (experience here is desirable).
