Responsibilities
Advising on the sale and purchase of farms, estates, rural land holdings, including high-value and multi-lot transactions
Acting for clients on:
First registrations and title reconstructions
Overages, easements, and rights of way
Farm business tenancies
Sporting rights and related leases
Agricultural Holdings Act and 1954 Act tenancy advice
Representing lenders on secured finance transactions involving rural and mixed-use assets
