We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to advise clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including general sales and purchases of commercial property, secured lending, commercial leases and development work. The role will have a particular focus on clients in the agricultural sector so prior experience of agricultural matters would be desirable but not essential.
This is a new senior role reporting directly to the Partners with extensive opportunity to build experience and client following in undertaking varied and complex work within a supportive and expanding commercial property department.

· Advising and handling acquisitions and disposal transactions;
· Negotiating commercial leases and advising on related landlord / tenant issues;
· Advising on secured lending transactions;
· Advising on development transactions including options and promotions, Section 106 Agreements and solar/ battery storage agreements;
· Advising on easements and wayleaves;
· Liaising with clients, clients’ agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal depts and any others as necessary;
· Dealing with post completion issues and ensuring post-completion is concluded accurately;
· Using case management systems on a day-to-day basis; and
· Handle client billing and ensure all billing is accurate and timely.
