What the role will comprise of You will undertake a range of exciting and challenging work across multiple forms of commercial and property transactions. Our diversified client base ranges from publicly listed companies to family-owned businesses. You can expect to work on advising our clients on a full spectrum of commercial matters, from corporate transactions to structuring and governance to a range of small and large development and related property transactions. What we are looking for 1-2 years experience in commercial and property law Demonstratable teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently Commercial nous and confidence in building solid relationships with clients to gain an intricate understanding of their business’ needs Excellent technical, analytical, communication and research skills to contribute to the delivery of commercially astute advice Experience with PEXA is preferred but not required, as training will be provided Banking and finance law experience would be helpful but is not required How to Apply Please submit an expression of interest by selecting the “apply now” button and completing the online application form.
