Would you like to work with purchasing in an international company? Would you like to gain extensive experience of the processes and procedures of a large organisation and to have an impact on the purchase of articles for JYSK countries? Would you like to get valuable experience on your CV? Then you might be the Intern we are looking for in our Commercial Purchasing Department.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for an Intern who:

  • Currently studies Purchasing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Is motivated by challenges and has a lot of drive and strong work ethics
  • Has a high-level fluency in English. Danish skills will be regarded as an advantage
  • Is structured and capable of working independently
  • Can easily adapt to the changes of a busy workday
  • Is used to working with Excel and Power Point. User experience in SAP or similar is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Article registrations and master data maintenance
  • Analysis of market data e.g. for competitors and customers behaviour
  • Analysis and presentations for range meetings, sales meetings etc.
  • Follow-up on the quality of deliveries, goods, packaging, barcodes and sample approval
  • Feedback on inquiries from customers, stores, and other parts of the organisation
  • Participate in relevant supplier meetings and visits
  • Communication of relevant information, both internal and external
  • Ad hoc purchasing task
