As a member of the Commercial team, the Commercial Quoter is responsible for positioning Johnstone Supply as the preeminent choice for customers when it comes to Commercial Solutions in the HVAC field. This person will help our contractors bring quality and value to the end user for all their commercial HVAC needs. Our customers are professional certified Technicians and Contractors who come to Johnstone for our product selection, expertise, and quality service. Johnstone is growing, and so can you. Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 100% In Office + Visit job sites as needed to assist customers in planning of projects Position responsibilities: * Maintain customer relations in the commercial, hydronic and geothermal in their dedicated segment. * Interpret engineered plans and schedules to ensure quotes are accurate and complete. * Design and prepare quotes for commercial, hydronic and/or geothermal new construction business in their segment. * Work with Vendors to come up with solutions for customer requests. * Come up with solutions in the replacement segment. * Be the Champion in the commercial market and support employees and customers with solutions. * May assist with customer service and sales, including answering phones, greeting customers, and servicing the sales counter. Position requirements: * HVAC and/or refrigeration knowledge and experience, 10 years of field experience preferred. 5 years required.
