With a strong track record in industrial and retail plaza transactions, we are seeking a driven, experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker or Salesperson to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Ontario Real Estate License (RECO – Broker or Salesperson).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in commercial real estate (industrial, retail plaza, or investment properties).
• Strong knowledge of GTA commercial real estate market trends.
• Proven track record of completed transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Source, list, and sell commercial properties with a focus on industrial spaces and retail plazas.
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in leasing and investment transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and business owners.
• Conduct market research, valuations, and financial analysis of commercial assets.
• Negotiate offers and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and successful closings.
• Collaborate with our brokerage team on marketing strategies, deal structuring, and client management.
