• Excellent spoken English (neutral or international accent preferred)
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate is an advantage
• Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Stable internet connection and working headset

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Cold Calling Broker Assistant to join our growing commercial real estate team. Your main responsibility will be to contact brokers, present our offers, and set up meetings for closing deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to commercial real estate brokers and agencies
• Present our company services and investment opportunities
• Schedule follow-up calls and online meetings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to close deals
