POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team in their Commercial Real Estate Law practice group. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
• Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions
• Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team
• Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
