JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across our commercial real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
You will leverage your technical sales skills and industry knowledge to provide exceptional service to clients while building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and practical experience in property management and maintenance.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in commercial real estate or related fields is preferred.
• Strong technical sales background with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance concepts including low voltage systems, high voltage systems, logic controllers, ammeter usage, and stick welding is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
