Position Overview The Marketing Intern will play a key role in developing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through strategic content creation and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and passionate about marketing, branding, and real estate. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a content calendar for company and agent social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). Create engaging content including social media posts, property spotlights, infographics, short-form videos, blogs, and email campaigns. Support agents in building personal brands by creating customized social media templates and marketing materials. Assist in executing paid social campaigns to increase brand reach and lead generation. Analyze social media performance and generate weekly/monthly analytics reports. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across platforms. Assist in website updates, property listing promotions, and SEO optimization. Collaborate on marketing initiatives for listings, company news, recruiting campaigns, and events. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field. Strong understanding of major social media platforms. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong writing and content creation skills. Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, iMovie) is a plus. Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Interest in real estate or professional services marketing is preferred.
