Overview Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate matters. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about handling a wide range of transactions, including the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A Day in the Life In this role, you will be working closely with attorneys and a collaborative team to manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions and leasing matters. Responsibilities include reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases; preparing critical dates memoranda and closing checklists; analyzing title commitments, surveys, and underlying title documents; drafting title summaries and objection letters; coordinating closings; managing post-closing matters, including recordings and title policy issuance; and drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, amendments, and related documents while coordinating with clients and title companies to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues. Responsibilities
