WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, efficient, and successful real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential and commercial real estate files from both purchase and vendor sides-from start to finish.
• Reviewing mortgage and security documents and preparing required security packages.
• Conducting due diligence and Land Title searches, and managing registrations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing Land Title documents.
• Preparing mortgage documents, trust letters, statements of adjustments, and related correspondence.
• Requesting and disbursing funds with precision and accuracy.
• Drafting final reporting letters to clients.
