Description Trenam Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to primarily work out of our St. Petersburg office. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting complex real estate transactions. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documents for attorney finalization, conducting record searches, managing e-filings and recordings, performing UCC searches, and ordering title searches. Additional responsibilities include reviewing title commitments and surveys, maintaining critical date schedules, and the purchase and sale of commercial properties. This role will also support the leasing and affordable housing practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working both independently and collaboratively on sophisticated real estate matters. A strong background in managing high-volume workloads and meeting deadlines is essential. Qualifications and Attributes: Proven experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial transactions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with confidence interacting with clients and attorneys Team-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Ability to learn and effectively utilize both new and traditional software The firm appreciates candidates with demonstrated job stability and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Certification or Florida Registered Paralegal designation preferred.
