Seattle, WA | Full-time | Summer 2026 Great Expectations SPC (and our affiliate Arboreal Management LLC) are looking for sharp, entrepreneurial summer interns who want real exposure to commercial real estate, property operations, and affordable housing development. This is not a coffee-run internship. You’ll work directly with leadership on real projects: underwriting deals, market research, rent comps, leasing strategy, portfolio analysis, and property operations. The opportunity We’re looking for a few high-energy college students to join us for the summer. This is an internship for people who want to learn by doing. You may spend one day: touring competing apartment communities gathering rent comps and market intelligence helping lease apartments meeting property teams and residents analyzing occupancy, pricing, and leasing funnels And the next day: helping underwrite a new acquisition building Excel models researching development opportunities analyzing investment returns supporting executive projects You’ll get exposure to: Property management operations Commercial leasing Asset management Real estate underwriting Affordable housing finance Market research & competitive analysis Development & acquisitions What we’re looking for You do not need real estate experience. Responsibilities
