Job Description About This Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our Colliers Ballarat team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced commercial real estate professionals, gain hands-on exposure to property campaigns and transactions, and grow your career within a leading global agency. You’ll play a key role in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting the seamless delivery of property campaigns from start to finish while helping provide an outstanding client experience. What you can expect: In this role, you’ll be central to the day-to-day operations of our Ballarat office, providing administrative support to our commercial real estate team and Directors. You’ll assist in coordinating property campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and managing listings across key platforms, ensuring everything is accurate and delivered on time. Working closely with agents and Directors, you’ll help support property transactions from listing through to completion. This includes preparing documentation, managing enquiries, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Strong organisation and responsiveness will be essential to keeping campaigns and processes running efficiently. Qualifications A little about you! You’ll either hold a current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Real Estate Licence). You’re a confident communicator who can build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and you bring a proactive, commercially minded approach to your work. You’re naturally driven, organised, and eager to grow your career within a high-performing team. Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to property, sales, or a B2B environment, along with a tertiary qualification in business or a related field (preferred but not essential).
