Position Description: The Commercial Refrigeration Leadman is responsible for leading and supervising refrigeration crews on commercial construction projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role serves as a key field leader, coordinating daily activities, supporting project schedules, and maintaining quality standards across all refrigeration installations. The Leadman works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution. In addition to hands‑on installation, this position provides leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to field personnel while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship.
