We are looking for Refrigeration Rack Service Technicians that not only have the skills, but the drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, parallel rack systems, etc.) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine preventative maintenance and system checks Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Replace or repair compressors, motors, fans, and other key components Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain accurate service records and documentation Respond to emergency service calls as needed Qualifications Qualifications: EPA Universal Certification required Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; extensive driving is a key part of the role Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management Able to work under pressure in fast-paced or high-stress environments Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Overtime may be required based on workload Participation in an on-call rotation following the training period Benefits: Company Vehicle, Gas Card & Cell Phone - Get dispatched straight from home with no daily shop check-in.
