We have an opportunity for a Commercial Relations Manager to join their team of staff in the Insurance department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and support strong long-term relationships with private medical insurers (PMIs).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between PMIs and Circle Health Group to ensure alignment and mutual value.
  • Provide cover and support for the Head of Insurer Relations where required.
  • Assist in the development of innovative commercial proposals and product offerings.
  • Support and lead contract negotiations, including renewals and new agreements with PMIs.
  • Ensure successful execution of funder agreements by supporting transactional and operational delivery.
  • Manage resolution of issues arising from hospital-funder relationships.
  • Track performance against KPIs and provide commercial insight into funder agreements and contract utilisation.
  • Provide day-to-day line management to the Commercial Relations Account Manager, supporting development and effective delivery of team objectives.
