Description

The CRM will be responsible for serving current and prospective loan customers. The CRM will work with the Bank’s Credit Department to review requests for new loans and renewals. The CRM will also serve as the relationship manager for clients and help grow the Bank’s share of market through loans, deposits and other bank services.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred. Will accept equivalent banking industry experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years banking experience & commercial lending experience.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and effective time management skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate in work product
  • Customer service focused with timely response and follow-up
  • Effective and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Builds relationships with new and existing customers
  • Works with Credit Department to obtain all items for underwriting
  • Services loans in portfolio to retain customers
  • Presents loan requests to Chief Lending Officer, President/CEO, Management Loan Committee, and the Board of Directors’ Executive Loan Committee when the proposed loan dollar exceeds the lender’s lending authority.
  • Attends loan closing as applicable
  • Cross-sells the Bank’s products and services including but not limited to deposit products, cash management products, remoted deposit capture and merchant services.
  • Responsible for maintaining the credit quality of their portfolio by working past due loans.
  • Participates in business development, public relations, and community service activities within the community and develop business relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and laws.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Bank including opening and closing of the bank.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
