ABOUT THE ROLE:

RG8 Facilities is seeking reliable and experienced Housekeepers/Cleaners to join our Birmingham team on an ad-hoc basis to cover annual leave and busy periods across luxury apartment developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out high-standard cleaning of communal areas and residential apartments
  • End-of-tenancy deep cleans
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, and shared amenities
  • Report maintenance issues where necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and site staff
