Communicate with customers on-site to answer questions and explain work being performed. Work alongside crew members to keep projects on schedule and meet customer expectations. What You'll Bring 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience. Commercial HVAC experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation. Physical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces. Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise. EPA Universal certification. OSHA 10. What You'll Get Pay commensurate with experience up to $42/hour. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. PTO and paid holidays. Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
