Job Overview: As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project documents, and collaborating with project managers, sales, and leadership to ensure successful bids. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, can read and interpret plans and specifications, and has a proven track record of producing accurate estimates on multi-family and large-scale commercial projects. Qualifications:. Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing estimating, with a focus on commercial and/or multi-family projects. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.). Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., The EDGE, Bluebeam, or similar). Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. MUST have a valid Driver’s License. Location: Primarily on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.
