As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Years of Experience: 10 Years minimum experience in the roofing industry
  • Computer – Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and scheduling
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High degree of self-confidence
  • Motivated and professional
  • Must speak English fluently, and Spanish is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of roofing, which includes BUR, TPO, single-ply, metal, waterproofing techniques and products, working knowledge of trusses, light-weight concrete deck systems, and AC work that is closely related to roofing.
  • Years of Experience: 10 Years minimum experience in the roofing industry
  • Certifications: 30 Hour OSHA Construction card, First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne pathogen training
  • Proven experience in commercial construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with various construction methods, including roofing, masonry, stucco application, and metal stud framing.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific tasks on-site.
  • Experience with restoration projects and remodeling is highly desirable.
  • Skills in fabrication, caulking, welding, plumbing, trim carpentry, maintenance person tasks, and tile laying are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.   • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee setup, processing, and invoicing work orders
