We are actively seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Installation/Production team. This role plays a critical part in overseeing the successful execution of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient execution
• Coordinate material procurement, labor scheduling, and on-site production activities
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and budget standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and satisfaction
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in leadership/management
• 5+ years in relevant industry (construction, roofing, building envelope)
• Experience with multi-site management
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Client Facing Experience
• Experience working with subcontractors
• Project Management Experience- preconstruction, project execution, project closeout
• Management of personnel and functions
• Microsoft Office Tools

As the primary company representative for major building projects, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes. From design to completion, the Project Manager proactively directs and supervises all activities to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, and safe manner.
But the job doesn’t end there. Upon project hand off, the Project Manager becomes the principal customer service representative and industry professional to a wide range of stakeholders, tirelessly meeting and exceeding contract commitments, project challenges, customer needs, and expectations.
Working closely with project administrators, CAD administrators, estimators, business development, project operations, accounting, vendors, and subcontractors, the Project Manager is a key player in achieving all objectives.
