COMMERCIAL SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – RESTORATION & RECONSTRUCTION

Our elite restoration client, in partnership with Restoration Recruitment Partners, is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Account Manager.
Our client is a well-established, independently owned Restoration and Reconstruction company generating over $15M in annual revenue. Known for their expertise, professionalism, and strong client relationships, they’re seeking a driven Commercial Sales Account Executive to join their high-performing Chicago team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of restoration services within an assigned territory. You’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, expanding our market presence, and exceeding sales goals.

• Identify, target, and acquire new commercial clients while managing existing key accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular networking, one-on-one engagements, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Track and manage job/claim information to meet client expectations and service agreements
• Represent the company at national/regional trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities
• Respond promptly to business leads and urgent opportunities
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to MSAs, relationship development, and retained work
