NexGreen is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to lead sales efforts for plant healthcare, specialty work (aquatic weed and pest control), institutional maintenance, and turf care services within our branch. This role involves driving business growth, managing sales representatives, and expanding our client base across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional with expertise in turf care, pest management, and plant healthcare. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Build a long-term sales pipeline for plant healthcare, turf care, aquatic weed control, and pest management. Promote turf care services, athletic turf installation, and fertilization solutions. Develop regional sales strategies to drive business growth in core service areas. Ensure pricing strategies align with industry standards for turf care and plant healthcare. Drive sales initiatives to promote sustainable lawn and plant care solutions. Identify opportunities to expand services across multiple sectors. Develop retention strategies to drive repeat business from key clients. Ensure effective promotion of fertilizing, spraying, and aquatic weed control services. Requirements Proven experience in sales management within lawncare, plant health, turf care, or pest control. Strong knowledge of plant healthcare, turf maintenance, aquatic weed and pest control. Expertise in selling and managing specialized services such as spraying and fertilizing. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
