Commercial & Sales Support: Act as a key partner to the Commercial and Sales teams, actively supporting Cybersecurity operations, presales initiatives, promotional and marketing activities. Contribute to customer content & engagement, commercial follow-ups, data analytics & reporting, expenses coordination, and seamless order management to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central coordination point across Commercial, Cybersecurity, Bid, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Office, and Management teams, ensuring alignment, speed of execution, and successful delivery of commercial objectives. Tenders Support and Administration: Collect and organize of tender documentation from relevant platforms, including creation and maintenance of tender files. Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions in coordination with Bid and Account Managers. Administrate of public tenders, collaborating with Bid (technical), Legal (legal/financial), and Management teams. Monitor tender openings, handling clarifications, and executing required follow-up actions. Private Sector Projects: Support the preparation of compelling technical and financial proposals, contributing to the development of competitive offers and ensuring smooth documentation and process flow throughout the sales cycle. Supporting Documentation: Manage bid bonds, guarantee letters, corporate legal documentation, translations, clarifications, and extensions, ensuring full compliance and operational excellence in every commercial engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory). Proven professional experience (approximately 4–7 years) in business support and development, ideally within commercial and sales departments. Good understanding of tendering procedures (public and/or private sector). Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document/data management systems. Familiarity with commercial management systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
