In this role, you won't just be making calls; you will be a strategic partner and the "right hand" to US-based companies, helping them scale their operations through high-impact sales solutions. We are seeking "hunters" who are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and qualifying high-intent leads to mastering cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales Cycle Ownership: Take full responsibility for the sales process, from qualifying prospects to closing deals and setting appointments. Lead Engagement: Proactively manage inbound leads and execute cold calling strategies to build a robust sales funnel. Cross-Selling & Strategy: Identify opportunities to cross-sell MOD services and position our solutions as the ultimate answer to client needs. CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize digital sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) with high accuracy and proactive follow-up tracking. Strategic Partnership: Act as a true extension of US-based teams, providing strategic updates and acting as their primary growth engine. Professional Communication: Conduct high-level discovery calls and write sophisticated proposals in both English and Spanish English Fluency: Advanced English (C1/C2) – You’re comfortable writing and speaking professionally. U.S. Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Sales, Prospecting, or Business Development, specifically working with U.S.-based companies. Closing Mindset: Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting monthly KPIs. Work Schedule: Full-time availability (48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST). Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
