REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, or client service roles
  • Experience in real estate, title insurance, or commercial services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or events
Responsibilities

As a Commercial Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Commercial Business Development Manager and the broader Commercial Services team. You’ll:

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on sales activity and client engagement
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Support planning and execution of commercial events and community outreach
  • Help promote Sun Title’s services through client communications and brand coordination
  • Occasionally lend a hand to the Commercial Escrow Department to support smooth closings
  • Participate in select client-facing activities in a collaborative, supportive role
