COMMERCIAL SALES CONSULTANT, BRISTOL

Salary - £20,000 with uncapped OTE of £44,000
The normal working hours are 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and a Saturday on one fixed shift pattern.

· Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, guiding them through vehicle choices and showcasing our range of products with enthusiasm.
· Drive Sales Success: Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently meeting or exceeding both personal and store-wide sales and profit targets.
· Stay Knowledgeable and Confident: Keep up-to-date with our diverse and evolving product range and services to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.
· Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with your Business Manager to maximize the value of each transaction, fostering teamwork and receiving continuous support as you work toward achieving excellence.
