JOB SUMMARY
The commercial sales coordinator supports the commercial customer service and inside sales rep. The candidate will handle administrative tasks related to commercial sales such as opening, closing and filing documents as well as doing follow-ups. The candidate archives documents for estimates, keeps the registry of projects up to date, programs customer privileges and maintains the customer file database. The sales coordinator will ensure the quality of customer service according to the organization’s standards. The candidate will ensure the follow-up of current files with contractor while also seeking feed back from customers. The sales coordinator will provide administrative assistance to the inside sales rep, and keeps up to date with the organization’s products, new products, prices and solutions, as well as competitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication in order to communicate with management and foreman for upcoming projects to ensure inventory is available in a timely manner. Work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
