ABOUT YOU…

BoilerJuice for Business is seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with business customers, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional support. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment. You will understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Full training will be provided to support you in this role.

Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential business customers using a provided phone directory to introduce and sell BoilerJuice products and services.

  • Customer Interaction: Answering incoming calls from prospective businesses and provide detailed information about product features, prices, and benefits.
  • Sales Pitch: Utilising scripts to effectively communicate the advantages of BoilerJuice products and persuading business customers to make a purchase.
  • Customer Needs: Asking pertinent questions to understand business requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately recording business information and sales data in the company’s CRM system.

    • Complaint Handling: Addressing customer complaints and doubts professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
