JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for driving end to end to end tyre sales by developing strong relationships with fleet companies, transportation businesses, and commercial vehicle operators. This role focuses on expanding market share and increasing sales revenue by providing tailored tyre solutions that meet the needs of fleet operations.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fleet tyre sales.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with fleet companies and key decision-makers to ensure consistent and repeat business.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential fleet operators, logistics companies, and transportation services to present tyre solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed information about the range of tyres, their features, benefits, and pricing, to ensure they choose the best product for their fleet needs.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable deals that align with company sales goals.
- Market Research: Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the commercial tyre sector.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly provide updates to the sales manager on client engagement, sales forecasts, and opportunities.
- Customer Support: Assist clients in after-sales service, including warranty claims, product issues, and general customer service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of products and support customer needs.
- Fleet Solutions: Offer tailored solutions for fleets, ensuring cost savings, enhanced performance, and extended tyre life for clients.
