THE JOB

Southlake Ford is looking to grow our Commercial and Fleet Department. We are looking for an individual who is self sufficient, comfortable sourcing new business accounts, and cultivating existing relationships with our current fleet clients. We believe that commercial growth in our local community is thriving and we are looking to establish an Automotive Hub prioritizing commercial accounts locally and all across the province.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Commercial Sales Fleet Manager position is responsible for managing the fleet accounts and supporting the Sales Department team as necessary.

Additional duties include:

• Relationship building and ensuring client satisfaction with existing customers and building new business accounts with future fleet clients.
• Providing top level quality control of delivered fleet products and ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
• Liaise with municipal, provincial, and federal agencies and departments regarding fleet sales.
• Organizing appointments with fleet clients, schedule test drives, promptly answer existing and new client inquiries and complete all fleet vehicle orders.
• Monthly forecasting for fleet deliveries, and complete product and program training as required for fleet and retail sales.
• Prepare invoices and monitor payments for fleet deliveries.
• Provide all guests and clients with an exemplary experience when purchasing fleet vehicles through Southlake Ford Lincoln.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Retail Sales Experience.
• Experience with Tender Offers and Large Commercial Accounts.
• Management experience is an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory sales skills.
• Strong CRM experience (Desk it, Reynolds, Focus etc.)
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driving abstract.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and guests.
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related area.
