Job Description Colliers is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Geelong. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Geelong & the Surf coast region. What you can expect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos. Qualifications You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
