This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and build lasting relationships in the North Atlanta community. We are offering a competitive base salary and unlimited sales commission potential. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the commercial painting sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. Conduct site visits and prepare detailed estimates for commercial painting projects. Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of contracts and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements. Residential sales as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of painting products and services is a plus.
