Responsibilities

In this exciting career opportunity, you will be responsible for the management and development of contractors and builders in the commercial market segment. The Commercial Account Manager will focus on improving our metal sales into the commercial market.

  • Ongoing account management of Siniat Metal’s strategic commercial builders and commercial contractors
  • Proactively pursue Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial contractors and identifying upcoming opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow market share by maintaining regular and effective call cycles to contractors, builders etc to convert sales to Siniat metal
  • Promote company branded products in collaboration with the marketing team to successfully drive brand awareness.
  • Work closely in conjunction with engineers, channel account managers and specification manager
  • Accountable for ensuring Salesforce is regularly updated with all market and customer Intel
  • Provide accurate and timely reports as requested by the Regional Sales Manager
