On-site | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission ($100K Base) About the Role We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager at Tech24 to generate new business locally, grow existing accounts, and drive profitable revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating opportunity. You will have the flexibility to pursue business across local, regional, and national accounts while partnering closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced expertise in both commercial hot-side and cold-side equipment may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
