THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager who isn’t afraid to hustle. This is about making s**t happen, from chasing tenders, securing sponsorships, and landing podcast guests who open doors commercially. You’ll be the person connecting dots and turning them into deals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Tenders: Identify, prepare, and win B2B workwear and digital comms tenders (starting in automotive, expanding beyond).
  • Sponsorships: Secure sponsorship deals for the Vehicle House Podcast and other media projects.
  • Podcast Guests: Line up high-value and high-profile guests, balancing influence, entertainment, and brand alignment.
  • Pipeline: Build and manage a commercial pipeline across Clothing House, media retainers, and strategic partnerships.
  • Networking: Represent Bay38 and brands at industry events, trade shows, and networking groups.
  • Partnerships: Leverage our automotive roots to form alliances with suppliers, trade associations, and corporates.
  • Reporting: Track revenue, tender status, sponsorship pipeline, and guest bookings directly to leadership.
