The role is responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns, equity building strategies, and high-impact marketing activations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role bridges strategic brand positioning with experiential, digital, and on-ground activations to ensure relevant, consistent, and compelling brand experiences and communication across all touchpoints. What will YOU do? Support the development and execution of the brand strategy in line with business objectives, as well as ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints to drive experiences that are geared towards awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty Measure and define KPIs for brand campaigns and activations (eg., reach, engagement, leads, conversions, brand lift) to analyze performance data and consumer feedback geared towards optimizing future campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders (eg, Lubeserv Sales and Operations teams) to identify painpoints and communication gaps, as well as gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences to ensure campaigns and activations are customer-centric instead of internally focused What will YOU need? At least 3 years of relevant experience Willing to do fieldwork as needed
