Drive Strategic Customer Engagement: Lead proactive, high-impact conversations with customers and partners to align commercial strategies with business needs and deliver measurable value. Champion Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, and partner teams to deliver seamless commercial solutions and accelerate cloud and annuity growth. Shape Commercial Strategy: Use deep industry and product knowledge to influence pricing, licensing, and contracting approaches that simplify and optimise customer outcomes. Lead with Insight and Empathy: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by understanding their priorities and crafting value-based solutions that drive mutual success. Mentor and Elevate Others: Share expertise, support onboarding, and foster a culture of learning, compliance, and operational excellence across teams. Required (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience Experience in negotiation of licensing terms and contract management Positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners Excellent and demonstrated communication and presentation skills Demonstrated planning expertise given complex environments; ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and re-prioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives.
