Description Commercial Sales Representative – HVAC/R Phoenix, AZ / Las Vegas, NV | Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $125K+ ColdTech Refrigeration is looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Phoenix & Las Vegas markets. This is an opportunity for someone hungry — recent college grads, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to bet on themselves and build a six-figure career. What You’ll Do Prospect daily — phone, email, in-person visits Set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners Climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems Sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue Track activity and hit performance targets This is a hunter role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities.
