MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid full driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Construction White Card
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Sole employment only – this role cannot be held concurrently with another job

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, architects, and interior designers. By understanding the needs of our diverse client base and markets, you’ll help secure new business, drive specifications, and ultimately contribute to our revenue and profit growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive sales growth across NSW and ACT by identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls, attend networking events, and perform site visits to generate leads
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and client engagement
  • Deliver tailored presentations to clients and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
  • Travel regularly throughout the region to meet clients and conduct on-site consultations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Estimating, Technical, Service, and Operations
  • Ensure smooth handovers and exceptional customer experiences from pitch to project delivery
  • Accurately track sales activity, pipeline updates, and client interactions using a CRM system
  • Report on performance metrics and KPIs, including lead conversion, revenue growth, and client retention
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings
  • Operate autonomously with a proactive mindset and strong initiative in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
