And now, we’re on the lookout for Sales Support superstars to join our Commercial team. Job Description In this fast-paced role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be the vital link supporting our Business Development Managers and Commercial Business Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin and coordination – keeping the sales process running smoothly, the team informed and the customers happy. What a day looks like: Pulling together accurate quotes and pricing Processing orders and keeping track of sales Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines Chasing up deliveries (and making sure they land where and when they should!) Liaising with suppliers and customers to keep everything on track Responding to requests from the sales team – you’ll be their right-hand person Processing customer invoices and supplier payments Qualifications You’re a people person through and through – someone who loves being helpful, gets a buzz from delivering great service, and takes pride in doing the little things really well. You don’t need to come from a sales support background, we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude. You’re positive, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in and make things happen.
