Business Partnership: Proactively manage commercial business relationships and partnerships Build strong relationships with members of the Country Leadership Team Support country performance for profitable growth Ensure real-time support and improved insights into business performance for informed decision-making Provide decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions, and investment opportunities Develop strong business and commercial understanding through direct relationships with customers and business units Assess and advise on appropriate actions to manage business and financial risks and communicate impacts effectively Lead or support the development of business cases Provide insights into business performance for responsible areas and deliver high-quality commentary for monthly reporting requirements Develop and propose financial solutions for business challenges while maintaining governance and financial controls Continuously improve tools for better business insights Prioritize competing demands and proactively manage stakeholder expectations Lead projects, applying business acumen and commercial awareness to achieve company goals Coordinate financial support for Country and Zone Leadership Teams on ad-hoc projects and requests Bachelor-Abschluss Business Administration oder gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Aufbauweiterbildung Mindestens 5 Jahre FP&A- oder Business-Partnering-Erfahrung Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial education with advanced training
