THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Canadian Commercial team, dedicated to supporting the delivery of an exceptional online gaming experience for our users and driving the growth of the Canadian business. You will be an integral part of a highly collaborative team, closely interacting with various stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Finance, Risk & Trading, Analytics, Product, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. They possess a keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills, enabling swift, well-informed decision-making supported by data. The position is based in Toronto, Canada. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play • Create and support the execution of strategic plans for critical moments in sports or casino business, driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance outcomes. • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of various initiatives and identify growth opportunities through comprehensive business performance analysis. • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating complex analytical insights and performance metrics to non-technical audiences to support execution. • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, researching the latest industry trends in the sector and continuously exploring innovative ways to improve customer conversion and retention efforts. THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate · Bachelor’s degree in business, a highly numerate discipline (Finance, Math, Stats, Econ, etc.). · Minimum of years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, or a similar commercial role. · Proficient in SQL, experience with tableau / data visualization tools required (other data skills or experience desirable) and in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel etc.), · Highly motivated and diligent, with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and requirements. · Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to transform complex data and challenges into clear, actionable business insights. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Exceptional collaborator, with the ability to build strong, sustaining relationships with cross-functional teams. · Track record of performance in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. · Demonstrated interest and passion for the online gaming industry. The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000 - $92,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
